“Craft Tai Dai Rang Ook” Southern Craft Fair
Held at Wat Matchimawat in the evening, “Craft Tai Dai Rang Ook” is a Southern craft fair celebrating local culture and wisdom. This event showcases crafts from Phatthalung, rare local desserts from Songkhla, and a Khon performance of the Ramakien by Mahavajiravudh School students. It is organized in collaboration with Chevron Thailand to highlight Songkhla’s heritage and promote the preservation of local crafts and culture.

Gathering the ‘southern craft’ that is ‘rich in craft’ in the heart of Wat Matchimawat Worawihan grounds. It is an evening atmosphere event in the temple grounds, one of the many-angled events of the Southern Design Week 2024 festival that would like to invite you to get to know southern people through a variety of craft works in the lifestyles of southern people from many areas. There is always a “strength in the chest” mixed in the words, rhythm, food, and handicrafts at Wat Matchimawat Worawihan (Wat Klang), an important temple in the South in the old town of Songkhla.
